Calgary Construction Operations is hiring a Paver Operator to support our Paving Division in Calgary, Alberta for the 2026 Season.
What You'll Do Here:
Operate the paver and other equipment safely and efficientlyEnsure the asphalt mix is placed to the correct grade and thicknessMaintain the correct speed and move the paver in a straight linePerform daily maintenance and safety inspectionsPreheat the paving screed before asphalt placementMonitor and control asphalt mixture temperaturesCoordinate with trucks delivering asphalt to the paver What You Bring to the Team:
2+ years' experience operating a Paver.Ability to communicate with supervisors, co-workers, in a courteous, professional manner at all times.Maintains a valid Class 5 driver’s license or better.Own vehic...
