Job Description
Pattern Master is a highly skilled apparel professional who translates 2D fashion sketches into functional, 3D garment templates. They are responsible for drafting core patterns, grading sizes, overseeing prototype development, and ensuring fit integrity before mass production.Core ResponsibilitiesPattern Drafting & Grading: Create precise master patterns manually or using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Optitex, Tukatech).
