Job Description

Pattern Maker is responsible for creating precise patterns used in the production of garments. They transform design concepts into accurate templates that guide the cutting and construction of clothing pieces. Pattern makers ensure that garments fit properly, meet design specifications, and can be efficiently produced.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop patterns based on designers’ sketches, measurements, and specifications.
• Create, modify, and finalize garment patterns for production.
• Ensure patterns are accurate in terms of sizing, fit, and proportions.
• Work closely with designers, sample makers, and production teams to refine designs.
• Adjust patterns after fittings and incorporate necessary corrections.
• Produce graded patterns for different sizes.
