In this role you will translate recruitment and retention strategies into actionable plans for clinical studies, coordinating with sponsors, project teams, and vendors to optimize enrollment and retention. You’ll act as the operational lead for patient recruitment programs, ensuring timely communication, reporting, and adherence to budgets. You will collaborate across internal and external teams to implement tactics, monitor performance, and drive continuous process improvements.
