Patient Services Rep II-Primary care

Nemours is seeking a Full-Time 32 hours a week PSR II who will provide exceptional service to patients and families by rotating between the front desk and phone room. This is a full-time position with the following clinic operating hours: Monday–Thursday: 7:30 . – 6:30 ., Friday: 7:30 . – 5:00 ., and every other Saturday: 7:15 . – 4:15 . Team members should expect to work a minimum of six Saturdays per year.

This position requires flexibility to rotate between front desk and phone room responsibilities based on operational needs while upholding Nemours’ commitment to service excellence, teamwork, and family-centered care.

Schedule: 32 hours per week with hours that can range between 7a-6p.
