**Qualifications** : Experience with insurance portals, Epic, proficient computer skills, and excellent customer service skills. Strong understanding of insurance processes, including Medicare and Medicaid replacement plans.

**Schedule** : Full Time. Monday-Friday, 8am - 4:30pm (Mondays may require extended hours/ possible adjustment to Sunday - Thursday schedule)

**Location** : Remote - reside in MO, IL, OK, or WI
