demonstrate knowledge of regular, texture modified, and therapeutic diets

assess the need for dietary modifications

stage tray prior to patient delivery

check patient trays against tickets for accuracy

observe an assess patients consumption of meals and document accurately on meal log 

follow precaution room policy
