Job Description
Principal Accountabilities:
+ Conduct patient interviews; and obtain and document vital signs, weights, and heights.
+ Support clinic visits (walk-in and scheduled) by verifying patient information, accurately recording clinical data, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
+ Assist patients with mobility, including ambulation and transfers, and guide them through the care process to ensure timely arrival to scheduled appointments.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient histories, vital signs, and clinical observations.
+ Perform clinical procedures, including EKGs and phlebotomy, while maintaining related equipment and inventory.
+ Observe, monitor, and report changes in patient condition to the RN in a timely manner.
