Schedule~ 26 hours per week, with shifts assigned within the 300 PM - 300 AM Kenya time window (not 12-hour shifts, but availability is required during this range).
Role Overview~
As a Patient Care Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a warm, efficient, and fully compliant experience aligned with OSHA and HIPAA regulations. Your mission will be to combine strong administrative skills with a human-centered approach, optimizing medical schedules, coordinating clinical processes, and resolving patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
