Patient Caller/Patient Scheduling

We are looking for English Speaking Patient Caller/ Representatives to handle Patient calls in regards to their Issues, booking, results bills;
Excellent American accent and English communication skills
Intermediate education or above with calls center background
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Candidates having prior 2-3 yeas of patient calls experience would be preferred
