Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Patient Access Specialist is to facilitate accurate, efficient and courteous access to services for new patients. This includes but is not limited to communicating with referral sources, scheduling first visit appointments and registering new patients.
*The ideal candidate will have experience working with health insurance plans and healthcare authorization or access processes, with CHAA or CHAM certification considered a plus.
