Patient Access Manager

**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** The Patient Access Manager maintains the primary network of the registration function to increase total revenue for the Choctaw Nation Healthcare System. You will oversee revenue enhancement and servicing of patients. You will report to the Revenue Management Director.

**Primary Tasks:**
1. Oversee the staff and budget of all Revenue Management departments.
2. Provide guidance to leaderships in managing patient access.
3. Aim to build required skill levels for each staff member to reach goals set by administration and compliance.
4. Review regulatory updates to patient access, third-party resources, and preauthorization guidelines; advise appropriate departments.
