Job Description
The Pathology Observership is a structured 6‑week observational learning program designed for BS Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) students to gain practical exposure in a tertiary care hospital laboratory. Participants will observe laboratory workflows, specimen collection and processing, quality assurance practices, diagnostic procedures, biosafety protocols, and the operation of modern laboratory equipment under the supervision of experienced professionals. This program aims to bridge academic knowledge with real‑world laboratory practices while enhancing students’ professional skills, ethical conduct, and understanding of clinical pathology services.
