Job Description

Hi-Rise Bread Co. is hiring a full-time Pastry Assistant in their pastry department. Working alongside other team members, the Pastry Assistant will have the following basic responsibilities, with increased responsibilities as experience and skill provides:

Scaling wet and dry ingredients according to recipe specifications

Baking a variety of quickbreads, pastries, cookies and tarts.

Managing and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Some weekend availability is required. This is a full-time, hourly position with competitive pay (DOE), free staff meal, bread, and regular discounts on all menu items. Employees are eligible for employer-sponsored health insurance after three months of full-time employment.
