We are now seeking a permanent Pastoral Tutor to join our dedicated team and play a central role in supporting students throughout their journey with us. In this role, you will deliver weekly group tutorials and one to one sessions that help learners set goals, stay motivated, and overcome challenges. Working closely with curriculum and support teams, you will monitor attendance, identify students who may be at risk, and ensure they receive timely and effective support.
