Working Hour

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 4:00pm
• Fridays: 7:30am to 3:30pm,

Key Responsibilities

• One-on-One Support - Serve as a dedicated befriender and mentor to higher-needs students (HNS), building trusting and supportive relationships.

• Motivational Talks - Plan and conduct motivational talks to inspire students, build resilience, and foster a positive mindset (drawing on personal experiences where appropriate).

• Physical Activities - Lead and facilitate simple, age-appropriate physical exercises or light activities to promote students' mental and physical well-being.

• Homework Care - Monitor and ensure students complete their homework assignments.
