The role

involves providing direct support during the school day, assisting with behaviour and wellbeing strategies, and promoting a positive, inclusive environment that ensures safeguarding and helps learners engage fully in their learning and personal development.

Your role will include:

Provide direct pastoral support to learners, including those in crisis or requiring additional care, and assist with individual behaviour and support plans.

Promote positive behaviour strategies and maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.

Support learners during breaks, lunchtimes, and transitions to encourage engagement and wellbeing.

Collaborate with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and senior leaders to ensure consistent support for learners.

Liaise with parents/carers to support learners’ personal, social, and emotional development.
