Responsibilities

Port Operations Coordination and Planning

• Port-to-Yard Vehicle Receiving process control
• Coordinate inbound schedules with port, transporters, and internal teams
• Verify VINs and conduct arrival inspections for damage or discrepancies
• Report on all exceptions to management and OEM representatives
• Liaise with all stakeholders on imports and manage all customs inquiries

Yard Storage Management

• Yard Operations & Storage Management, including preservation
• Ensure security, proper handling, and safe vehicle movement
• Maintain accurate yard mapping and vehicle traceability at all times
• Enforce housekeeping and safety standards
• Coordinating vehicle services and repairs to reduce delays on deliveries
• Maintaining a good record of battery failures and their causes
