Passage Terminal Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Develops process improvement and implements terminal operations processes and standards to ensure operational efficiency and passenger satisfaction.
• Ensure completeness of passenger manifest and scanning of tickets for accurate revenue recognition.
• Ensure completeness of remittance of ancillary revenue.
• Leads the terminal operations team according to HR policies while ensuring that teams are trained and developed to execute plans and processes of terminal operations.
• Manages coordination with Corporate Security Office and port or terminal operators to ensure the implementation of effective and efficient processes, covering passengers’ safety and security, and comfort.
• Ensure management of operating costs, and accurate collection of ancillary passenger terminal charges in support of profitability targets of the company.
