Parts Manager - Automotive Industry

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Manager to join their team in the automotive industry in KwaZulu-Natal. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our parts department, including inventory management, customer service, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the parts department
• Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales and profitability
• Ensure inventory levels are maintained and orders are placed in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
• Supervise and train parts department staff
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track departmental performance
• Develop relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable pricing and terms
