Summary of Position:

The Parts Advisor plays a critical role in producing revenue for the parts department. You’ll be part of a department with 16 team members between two locations. You will be assigned to a workstation with its unique tasks. Your primary duties encompass ordering and selling parts, timely communication of delays and updates, weekly review of your special orders, providing exceptional support to clients, and ensuring adherence to parts deadlines and guidelines. You'll actively contribute to the accuracy of our inventory, report discrepancies to our management team, and participate in keeping the department and your workstation organized. Collaborate with team members to complete department goals and participate in new tasks assigned by the management team. Additionally, you’ll be assigned additional shifts or hours considered as overtime to provide support during staff shortage.
