Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
Pay: Up to $2,600 + AWS
Responsibilities- Receiving & processing of spare parts orders
- Work closely with customers, factories and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
- Perform order processing duties – verifying all invoice related to part processing & ensure recording the movement of all spare part to achieve a smooth & error free to SAP system
- at least GCE ‘O’ Level
- 3-5 years working experience
- knowledge and familiar with shipping term, shipping documentation
- Good communication & Interpersonal skills
- Good team player
- Meticulous
- Systematic & organized individual
- Knowledge on Letter of Credit, Certificate Of Origin
- Microsoft office Skills
