Partnerships Lead: UAE Channel Growth & Pipeline

Pemo, a spend management platform for SMEs in the UAE, seeks a full-stack Partnerships Lead to build a scalable partner channel with accountants, free zones, and chambers. You will source, sign, activate, and close first partner deals while proving the motion works before handing leads to closers.

You’ll report to the CRO, with a 10x OTE quota and a lean team. You’ll own partnerships end-to-end and represent Pemo at regional events.
