This role is with our Partners in Performance team, part of Accenture.

Partners in Performance, Part of Accenture is a global management consulting firm focused on human performance, working alongside client partners to make change happen. We operate across regions including Australia, New Zealand, South-East Asia, Africa, North and South America and Europe.

Partners in Performance Managers lead engagements, adapting to a broad range of clients and industries across the ANZ region. They lead a team of Senior Associates, Associates and/or Business Analysts and ensure engagement delivery, collaboration, coaching, and client management. You will maintain end-to-end process control rather than handing off your work.
