Main Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential partners across EMEA and Brazil.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of partner conversations and opportunities.
- Nurture relationships from first contact to activation, working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition.
- Maintain clear documentation and organization across outreach and CRM tools.
What We Value
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles (BDR, SDR, PDR, or in partnerships/sales development).
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience working in SaaS or B2B environments with an HR focus.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Fluency in English or Spanish and Portuguese.
