Partner Designate - Accounts and Tax

Our client is a highly respected and growing Top 100 UK accountancy and business advisory firm with an outstanding reputation for client service, technical expertise and long-term career development.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an ambitious Accounts & Tax Partner Designate to join their established team in Sevenoaks.

This opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced Senior Manager or Director currently working within a smaller or mid-sized accountancy practice who is looking to take the next step into a larger, progressive firm offering a genuine route to Partnership.

The Role

You will work closely with the Partners and senior leadership team, taking responsibility for managing a diverse client portfolio across accounts, business advisory and tax matters, whilst contributing to strategic growth initiatives and supporting the development of junior staff.
