This full‑time role supports intern and co‑op hiring across Canada and the United States, working closely with hiring managers, universities, and internal teams to deliver high‑quality early talent outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for intern and co‑op roles across Canada and the US.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, timelines, selection criteria, and structured interview plans.
• Lead intake meetings and help shape recruitment strategy for early careers hiring.
