Job Description
Mitre 10 MEGA Ferrymead – Customer Service Team Member (Part‑time)
Shifts:
- Friday: 10:30am – 7:00pm
- One weekend day: 8:30am – 5:00pm

- Providing outstanding customer service
- Processing returns and issuing credits
- Assisting customers with orders and deliveries
- Resolving customer queries and finding solutions
