Part-Time Payroll & Benefits Lead (Hybrid/Remote)

RFG Advisory is seeking a part-time Payroll & Benefits Specialist to own end-to-end payroll and benefits for a multi-state client base during a transition to a new provider. You’ll work with the VP of HR and HR Operations Specialist to design the structure and ensure accuracy.

The role emphasizes precision, compliance, and data integrity, with a hybrid work arrangement in Birmingham, AL or remote for a highly qualified candidate; occasional onboarding travel may be required.
