DUTIES OF THE POSITION

: Teaching assignments may be in several programs or levels, including lower- and upper-division or graduate courses in diverse historical and anthropological subjects; advanced methods and research skills courses; applied or career fields in public history, cultural resource management, and teaching; and advising or skills labs for student success. High-impact pedagogies and applied or career emphases are desired, along with inclusive content and teaching that comprehends East Bay’s student demographics. Courses may be in person on the Hayward campus, hybrid, or online. The policy and expectation of the California State University is that all faculty members will perform all of their duties within the state of California.
