Part-Time Inpatient Social Worker — Crisis & Care Coordination

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora in Tauranga seeks a compassionate Registered Social Worker to support in inpatient services. The role covers psychosocial care, risk assessments, crisis intervention, and discharge planning across wards, contributing to safe outcomes for patients and whānau.
