Job Description
- Coordinate the delivery of the agreed pilot project.
- Track milestones, timelines, risks and deliverables.
- Organise Board and Working Group meetings.
- Prepare agendas, minutes and decision logs.
- Manage project documentation and records.
- Coordinate follow-up actions with stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact between participating organisations.
- Facilitate communication and information sharing.
- Support governance processes and reporting activities.
- Prepare progress updates for the Board.
- Assist with recommendations for future phases of the initiative.
- Experience in Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, PMO or Secretariat roles.
