We are seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Concierge to join our team onsite. This role is ideal for someone looking for a steady part-time schedule and who enjoys providing excellent service in a residential setting. Schedule:
Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM and every other Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
+ Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
+ Manage resident packages and deliveries
+ Assist with general front desk and administrative tasks
+ Communicate effectively with residents and building staff
+ Walk throughout the building as needed to support daily operations

+ Great communication and customer service skills
+ Prior office experience required
+ Comfortable moving around the building during the shift
