Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients
Introduce products/services clearly and persuasively
Identify customer needs and qualify leads
Book meetings or close sales, depending on campaign goals
Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in CRM systems
Consistently meet or exceed call and conversion targets
Handle objections with confidence (and a bit of charm)
Requirements
Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or outbound sales
