Part Time CNC Turner Setter/Operator

AMJ Recruitment are looking for a Part Time CNC Turner Setter/Operator to join our valued Engineering Client based in Nuneaton. MUST have plenty of Mazatrol experience and be able to work independently Pay Rate - £16.00 - £17.00 per hour Shifts: Day Shift - Part Time (10 - 20 hours per week Mon-Fri) Term - Long Term, Ongoing Start Date - ASAP Experience - Mazatrol experience is ESSENTIAL Duties Include: Set and operate CNC turning centres using Mazatrol controls Interpret and work from engineering drawings, route cards, and technical specifications Select, install, and set cutting tools, offsets, and work holding equipment Produce first-off components and carry out in-process inspections Use measuring equipment including micrometers, verniers, bore gauges, and thread gauges Maintain dimensional accuracy and quality standards to tight tolerances Monitor machine performance and make necessary tooling or offset adjustments Perform routine machine maintenance and daily housekeeping d...
