 :DTN is looking for a Part-Time Associate Digital Workplace Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll support the day-to-day administration of DTN's digital workplace environment, ensuring employees have the devices, access, software, and technical support they need to be productive and secure. This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week and participation in an on-call support rotation.
What you will be responsible for:
Coordinate and execute employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including device provisioning, account setup, access management, and asset recovery.
Configure, deploy, maintain, and support Windows and macOS endpoints using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and other endpoint management tools.
Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, and related collaboration platforms.
