POSITION OVERVIEW
Our Client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the General Manager. The role supports the day-to-day running of the organisation, including membership administration, event coordination, Board support, communications, and record management.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Membership Administration- Respond to membership enquiries and assist with applications, renewals, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate membership records and databases.
- Assist with the administration and coordination of events, including event registrations, attendee communications, and all related administrative matters.
- Load events onto the website and event platforms.
- Assist with newsletters, email communications, and basic promotional materials.
- Assist with posting social media content across communication platforms.
