Part-Time Academic (LARC 2002: Grading and Drainage at FAFU, China) - Fall 2026

The Part-Time Academic position will teach in-person lectures, studios and computer labs for LARC2002 Grading and Drainage at FAFU International College.

NOTE: this course will be taught in Fuzhou, China. Travel to China will occur in late August or first week of September and return in early to mid-December 2026 for up to 3 months, including 10 weeks of instruction plus exam administration and marking.

The lecture has up to 120 students and is comprised of two back to back sessions of 45 minutes each with 5 minutes between. There are 3 studio sessions per week (each is hours), with up to 40 students per session, for 10 weeks. There are 3 computer lab sessions per week (each is hours), with up to 40 students per session, for 8 weeks.

Accommodation and a meal allowance will be provided by FAFU, and Dalhousie will provide transportation between Halifax NS and Fuzhou, China.
