Gruppo Lactalis Italia is looking for a **Parmigiano Reggiano Milk Technician** to join the Castelli DOP & Specialità BU.
The resource, within the context of milk collection for Parmigiano Reggiano production, will be responsible for providing technical support and consultancy to breeders in all phases of the relationship, coordinating activities related to quality control and logistics of collection, and supporting the manager in contract execution activities. Specifically, they will have the following responsibilities:
* During the accreditation process, ensures initial contact with supplying companies and collects necessary documentation for preliminary checks; participates in site visits during accreditation and contributes to the evaluation of suppliers' accredibility, in collaboration with Italy Milk Quality & CSR;
