At Sandwell Family Hubs, we support families from pregnancy through to adulthood. As a Parenting & School Readiness Practitioner, you'll support children, young people and families aged 0–19 (up to 25 with SEND).


In this role, you will:

  • Lead parenting and school readiness programmes and sessions, including groups, workshops, drop‑ins and one‑to‑one support

  • Build positive, trusting relationships with parents and carers

  • Work as part of a supportive Family Hub team

  • Work with partner services to help families get the support they need at the right time
