Parent Experience & Services Specialist

The International French School in Singapore seeks a Parent Support and Services Specialist to centralize and respond to parents' inquiries for non-pedagogical services. This role involves ensuring a high level of service by coordinating transportation and canteen services and resolving issues related to school services.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of Bac + 2, customer service experience, and fluency in French and English. This full-time position includes 8 weeks of vacation during school breaks.
