Hiring Paraprofessionals (PCAs) to support students with special needs in a classroom setting.


What Youll Do

  • Support students with special needs throughout the school day

  • Assist teachers with classroom activities and IEP implementation

  • Provide behavioral, emotional, and academic support

  • Help with daily routines (meals, transitions, mobility as needed)

  • Track student progress and communicate with staff

    • Requirements (Must-Have)

  • 48 college credits OR an Associates degree

  • 1+ year of recent experience working with special education students

  • Reliable transportation

  • Strong communication skills
