Paralegal - Restructuring & Insolvency

Your Role

As a Paralegal, you’ll join the team to provide assistance with the receivership process (including drafting appointment documents and undertaking HM Land Registry searches), the appointment of administrators and with transactions such as the sale of companies via pre-packaged administration sales. You will have the responsibility for managing your own caseloads and develop strong relationships with your own clients. You’ll be required to provide preliminary advice and guidance to clients, as well as preparing letters and documents for court cases. In addition, you may be required to assist with insolvency petitions and applications such as bankruptcy, winding up, applications under s236 of the Insolvency Act 1986, preference claims, claims for transactions at an undervalue and applications for possession.
