Responsibilities

• Negotiate various commercial agreements, including non‑disclosure agreements and vendor agreements
• Manage legal entity formation and governance and become an expert on Paxos’ international corporate structure
• Manage Paxos’ legal operations, including legal billing
• Build organizational systems to make our Legal team more efficient
