This is a full-time, 100% remote role for a paralegal who genuinely enjoys detail-heavy work and thrives when the queue is long. You will be responsible for preparing and submitting thousands of Secretary of State filings each month—formations, amendments, statements of information, annual reports, and the range of related corporate documents—through the firm's proprietary system.
