Paralegal

• Monitor SEC Compliance and all the database of the Legal Department;
• Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles;
• Attend and/or appear for hearings and/or meetings on behalf of the company or the Corporate Lawyers;
• Gather and arrange evidence and other legal documents for case preparation (criminal and/or civil);
• Writes report to help lawyers prepare for trials;
• Gets affidavit and other formal statements that may be used as evidence in court;
• Help lawyers during trials by handling exhibits, taking notes, or reviewing trial transcripts;
• Draft legal documents/correspondence such as Minutes, Demand Letters, Complaint-Affidavits, Contracts, and/or Agreements;
• Any task that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
