Job Description
Barakat + Bossa, a U.S.-based law firm is looking for a talented Paralegal to join our Administrative Resource Center in Medellín.
About the Role
This full-time, on-site position will work closely with an experienced U.S. legal team, gaining hands‑on experience supporting high-profile litigation cases. You will assist attorneys and senior paralegals with drafting legal documents, managing case files, conducting research, and coordinating litigation support tasks. Comprehensive training will be provided; no prior U.S. law experience required.
Qualifications
- Licensed attorney in Colombia
- English proficiency at C2 level (oral and written)
- Academic record (GPA 4.0 or higher)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software
