Job Description
We are recruiting for a Paralegal to join our Investment and Asset Management team in Manchester.
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the foremost Real Estate groups in the country with over 260 staff. You will be part of the financial services segment which is one of seven teams within the real estate group; you will be undertaking a range of duties including title check and reports on title, freehold and leasehold disposals, title due diligence and other transactional support for financing projects.
Your Role
As a Paralegal your day to day remit includes:
- High volume work within the Real Estate Financial Services team dealing with commercial lending work for banks and other institutional lenders.
- Project work e.g. large-scale due diligence for refinancing, lease reports.
