We are seeking for a highly skilled paralegal with expertise in land registration and related processes to support our property management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Land Registration - assist in the preparation and filing of land registration documents, including applications, deeds and titles.
- Traceback and Land Research - conduct traceback, land research and examination of titles to ensure accuracy and validity.
- Document Management - manage and maintain accurate and organized records of property documents, including titles, deeds of conveyance and other property related documents.
- Regulatory Compliance - end to end compliance to land registration and related processes.
- Administrative Support - provide administrative support to the Property Manager and the property management team, including preparation of reports, provide research and documentations and other tasks as needed.
