Paralegal, eDiscovery Litigation

Overview

TDS is currently seeking a Paralegal in eDiscovery Litigation department. Under the direct supervision of the Litigation Practice Group Lead, the eDiscovery Paralegal performs a broad range of tasks in connection with litigation matters handled by lawyers within the litigation department.

The eDiscovery Paralegal is responsible for services to litigation lawyers relating to planning, design, development, application and implementation of IPro. The eDiscovery Paralegal will address the identification, collection, processing, review, analysis, and production of evidence in litigation matters. The eDiscovery Paralegal works with substantial independence and a high degree of responsibility and initiative while under minimal supervision.
